“Love love love the rooms thats literally on the sand and hearing the waves first thing in the morning and going to bed. Love the staff at the front desk Sandy and Carol, Martin the bartender and Medgi who handles the beach area.Thank you for the most amazing time.”

“Beach was incredible”

“Staff were very friendly. The hotel staff paid attention to every detail including flowers in the room and complimentary drinks. Very grateful for the amazing hospitality and kindness. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short but already have plans to come back in a few months.”

“Clean”

“The rooms were clean, but beds were too hard. We would’ve appreciated small waters in the room daily. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. She didn’t even try to help us. I take medicine at night that requires water. I ended up drinking at the sink. I’m we also would lose poise in the room every morning. Breakfast was really nice, and our hostess was……

“Food not great”

“Every employee working at The Blue Sail hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had forgotten to bring an adapter to be able to charge my cell phone and they lent me one for the entire week. Chris, the chef, makes the most delicious veggie omelettes. I had such a wonderful time. I will be back next year!”

“So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired.”

“Loved my stay here, I will say customer service here is a bit different as the culture is very relaxed, but the staff took great care of me and had great advice about excursions! If you are planning to come just know that you will be a bit farther from most activities as the resort is a bit tucked away so your cab fare will be higher, and some cab companies do not service to the resort. Other than that great views, amazing food and drinks!”

“The location is prime!!! Beach at your feet! Wifi exceptionally great! Staff wonderful. I walked everywhere and spent hours on the beach...only thing I wish drinking water was included in the room, but I was able to purchase at the nearest grocery store! Love love loved my stay!!”

“Rooms were large..clean and nice..everything you need to cook...pool entertainment was lacking..trivia and name that tune were the extent of it..water aerobics were supposed to happen but never did..music at pool was basically none existent or very little of it..”

“Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).”
